Norwich Sling Library is open on the second Thursday of the month, we will be available for sling hire, advice and peer to peer support during the following times:
11am – 1pm
Please be aware that we give our time voluntarily and may have our children present, so please be patient if we have to attend to them first. At any one session it can be busy so it’s always a good idea to get here early. There is a signin sheet at the door, please fill this in, help yourself to refreshments and someone will call you when they get to your name.

During library opening hours we can demonstrate the different carriers that we have available. You’ll be able to look at and feel the carriers and see the differences between them. If we’re not too busy, we’ll also be able to support you in trying out a carrier with a demo doll or teddy to help you to practice using it and to find out whether it will suit you or not. If you’d like to borrow a carrier, then we’ll complete a loan form and take your fee and deposit before giving you the carrier to take away with you. If you decide to try on a carrier without a peer supporter or consultant watching, you do so at your own risk.
